Do I need to prepare anything?
No. We only need the name of your store and the city: we look at the rest before the call. If you already have a specific question, write it in the form.
Is it for one store only?
The Diagnosis looks at one location. If you have more than one, choose the one to start from and tell us in the form how many you have: we will take it into account on the call.
