Creattiva SrL was set up in 2004 by Andrea Bertagnolio and Maria Roberta Castelli, the company handles the marketing and project management activities for Milano Retail Tour.
I am a Marketing professional with significant management experience gained in leading Italian companies in information technology (Apple), clothing and sports equipment (Colmar, Adidas, Lacoste, Elan), eyewear (Luxottica, Briko), and jewelry (Utopia).
I love Retail in all its forms and expressions , and I like to analyze consumer reactions to different types of proposals . Customer Experience is the key word around which I built the format of Milano Retail Tour with Mary Roberta.
After graduating in economics I started my career at KPMG Consulting and then at Laboratorio delle Idee, communications and public relations agency. I embarked on a long path in corporate marketing in Italy at Richemont, carrying out Cartier marketing plans and strategic plans, implementation of advertising campaigns and communication material support.
I launched Milano Retail Tour in 2011 with Andrea.
I detect discontinuities and emerging trends in the contemporary imagination, lifestyles and consumer behaviors through Trendwatching, a qualitative research methodology with ethnographic matrix. Over the years I have developed a particular expertise in identifying emerging trends in the retail world, new distribution concepts, unconventional methods of interaction between supply and demand, advanced shopping experience formulas.
I am curator of Capri Trendwatching Festival and Professor of Sociology of Consumption , Contemporary design trends and Trend Forecasting at the Marangoni Institute, visiting lecturer in leading national and international universities.
Graduated in Architecture at the Politecnico of Turin, attended alongside the Istituto Marangoni in Milan starting to look more deeply into fashion. He created, with Andrea Dall’Olio, A + A Design Studio that deals with design and Cool Hunting, working purely on the market of Men’s / Fashion Sportswear. In Paris, the Paris bureau de style Peclers, dealing with the preparation of the cahier de tendances ‘Homme’.
After a bachelor in Public Relations and Enterprise Communications at IULM, the University of Languages and Communication in Milan, I have dedicated myself to the world of retail. I’m the relations builder in the team and I’m inspired by the principle of Lavoisier “the elements are not created and they are not destroyed, but they are only transformed”. So I love to connect to people and you know why? Because in the center of our advising there are always people who reserve extraordinary surprises and our link with them is our main resource. Moreover, I take care of the planning and development of the software Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (E.R.P.)
I have built my professional life in the world of jewelry where the common goal is to bring out beauty. To do this you have to see it, go and look for it, you have to know how to extract it and then tell it. I did it as a marketing director for Cartier, Stefan Hafner, and Chantecler; I do it as ICF coach and as a consultant / trainer for clients such as Bvlgari, Pomellato, Club degli Orafi, Brunello Cucinelli, Loro Piana, Emilio Pucci, Baglioni Hotel, Marcolin. I do it as a lecturer for the students of the Milan Fashion Institute, TADS, Geci, I do it with passion for Milano Retail Tour customers.
After graduating at Istituto Marangoni, I started my career in Fashion,
specializing in Textile Design and color research.
At the same time I started teaching, first at the IED,
European Institute of Design and subsequently to the Istituto Marangoni.
I am passionate about trends, collaborating with Peclers Paris and Nelly
Rhodes, to later make it a subject of privileged teaching. I collaborated in different
foreign projects, in Turkey and in Brazil. I actively participated in the
creation of the Department of Fashion for the İzmir University of Economics e
direct and managed the creation of courses held by Italian teachers for Itkib
of Istanbul. I invented and started the Modapelle Academy. The passion for
trends and training lead me to constantly collaborate on Italian and international projects.
